The rules of the Social Media competition

1.Organizer

2.Who can participate

This is an open competition to those being at least 16 years of age. By participating in the competition the participants accept the rules of the competition and the winners confirm that they fulfil the terms defined in the rules of the competition.

 

  1. Duration of the competition

From July 14th to July 28th 2017.

 

  1. How to participate

Tag your friendand tell us your favorite coffeein the comment section of the competition post in Instagram.

 

  1. Prizes and terms

There will be one winner and the prize is The World Atlas of Coffee book by James Hoffmann and a bag of Paulig Kulma coffee (á 250g beans). The winner’s tagged friend will get the prize as well. The total value of the prizes is 61,20€. The prize cannot be changed into money or other prizes.

 

The winner will be picked among all participants by July 28th, 2017 and the winner will be informed of the prize personally in the channel through which they have participated. If a winner cannot be reached by August 4th, 2017, the Organizer has the right to choose a new winner.

 

All participants of the competition will release the Organizer and the other partners of the competition from damage caused or alleged to be caused by participation in this campaign. The Organizer's responsibility towards the participants does not exceed the value or the amount of the prizes mentioned in these rules. The Organizer is not responsible for the problems caused by IT or for obstacles to participate or to receive the prize.

 

The competition is not sponsored, recommended or administered by Instagram or Facebook or is in no way connected to Instagram or Facebook. The participants are committed to releasing Instagram and Facebook from all responsibilities and demands concerning the competition.

 

The competition is not supported or administered by Instagram or Facebook. In addition to the rules of the competition, the Organizer and the participants are committed to complying with the rules concerning Instagram and Facebook services.

 

These rules and the decisions made by the Organizer based on these rules are binding to all participants. By participating in this competition, the participants are committed to complying with these rules. The Organizer determines how to solve possible ambiguities concerning applying and interpreting the rules. If there is a reason to suspect a deceit or participation in other ways than mentioned in the rules, the Organizer reserves the right to reject participation.

 

The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules.

 

  1. Lottery tax

The Organizer will pay the lottery tax of the prize.

 

  1. Publicity and marketing
    In connection with the campaign the Organizer does not collect a participant register or marketing authorizations.
