Supporting the local school in Tver
In 2014, Paulig started a programme to support a local school in Tver. It is a municipal school in Slavnovskaya with sixty-five students and 18 teachers. The goal of the project is to inspire the students to perform well and develop their abilities. The programme also aims to support the interaction between students and teachers, and to encourage our personnel to participate in volunteer work. A project to encourage successful students has also been started at the school, and creativity-themed contests and a learning trip to the roastery have been organised, as well as several charity events organised by Paulig employees. Paulig has also donated teaching materials to the school, such as computers, whiteboards and a piano.
An active partner of the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Russia
Paulig is an active partner of the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) in Russia, participating and supporting various activities of the RMHC. We regularly serve coffee and organise other similar activities, for example at the Ronald McDonald Center annual party, the Moscow City Day and the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Additionally we support the activities of a hotel in Kazan for families with children with long-term illnesses.
